On May 22nd, Nicole earned a BIG WIN at Numidia Dragway. With a strong showing of cars from NY, NJ and PA, it was one of those days when everything went right for Nicole. She was the fastest off the line, and the car was consistent. "I dialed the car with my dad each round and it all came together." said Nicole. "My dad lined me up at the tree for the final. We got off the line quickly and the race was close." Nicole posted a final round-best elapsed time of 7.91 @ 83mph

"It was so nice to have all my teammates there," Nicole shared. When you wake up in the morning, you never know how race day is going to go. Fortunately for us it turned out really well. I'm really happy and want to thank my sponsor, Grinnell, for their support."

After almost 5 years of racing Jr Dragsters, Nicole, now 17, is excited to move into a full size dragster. She will be practicing at Numidia Dragway and plans to earn her license in July by covering the quarter-mile at Numidia Dragway in 7.90 seconds. By the time Nicole makes the transition and starts qualifying and racing on the NHRA Drag Racing Series, she will be well prepared equipped with the best.

We all know winning races is what it’s all about. Getting seat time and experience for Nicole will put her in the best position to do that. Vinny DiMino of Numidia Dragway will prepare her for the ¼ mile.

Nicole Guido, now 17 years old, began racing at age 13. After watching her younger brother race, she decided to try it out… Two months later we were having a car built for her.

• 2006 & Early 2007 brought her 26 Wins, 11 Runner Ups, 2 King of the Hills, as well as Best Sportsman Award & Best Appearing Car
• 2007 – Finished 4th in Division 1. Nicole dialed a 7.95 running a 8.02 at 83mph. Zach Rothenberger took the win with a 7.98 dial running 8.01.
• 2008 – We changed engine builders the wins became more frequent. Car ran dead on Winnering the Quick 16, sponsored by KLN Performance and Transcope.
